Jamie Nelson
Executive Assistant

To assure
that all individuals involved in a project stay coordinated,
Jamie uses her experience to direct the right people to the
right location. Whether it is gathering bids from
subcontractors, arranging necessary documents or organizing
lists of services and warranties, Jamie is responsible for
keeping information in one place and dispensing it to the
proper individuals. Her duties include inputting data and
invoices from project, gathering documentation and assisting
with communication between projects and subsidiaries. Jamie
will also contact service providers to make them aware of
projects and to schedule them on the site.
It is
also the responsibility of the Executive Assistant to
coordinate information between the client, architects,
engineering, superintendents and subcontractors. In order to
meet compliance issues she gathers licensing information

comprises the information into manuals for the client so
that all warranties and construction information is
centralized.
