With many years in
the public accounting arena, LaDell joined the Quantum Group as the
Chief Financial Officer in 1999. LaDell’s expertise in all aspects of
financial management has made him an integral part of our projects.
LaDell has overseen the processes and standards that allow our company
to ensure fair and rapid payment for services and subcontractors. He has
also developed procedures to monitor projects and ensure that every
detail is meeting our requests and has been delivered properly. |

With a good knowledge of financial
structuring, LaDell has set up many subsidiary companies to allow the
development arm of Quantum to continue its growth. He has overseen many entities
and used proven accounting practices to monitor cash flow, expenditures and
profit statements.
LaDell ensures that all financial procedures are in place to keep our projects running on time. He oversees the staff that will handle the accounts payable and ensures that their documentation meets all legal, safety and client standards. Experience: LaDell graduated from Southern Utah University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting and a Master of Accountancy Degree with honors. Post educational experienced placed him with the Big Five firm Deloitte & Touche, LLP in Phoenix, Arizona where he specialized in corporate tax structures and taxation laws. During his time with Deloitte, LaDell gained valuable experience in structuring individual, partnership and corporate tax entities while working with a number of large national and multi-national companies. After working in Phoenix, LaDell returned to Southern Utah and joined Kemp Burdick CPA’s, Southern Utah’s largest accounting firm. With this organization, LaDell continued growing his knowledge on real estate exchanges, income and estate planning, preparation of financial statements and financial analysis. He abilities to monitor multiple companies and projects landed him the head financial officer of Quantum.
