Thomas Pugh's involvement in design, construction and development is extensive and as Chief Executive Officer , he supervises all aspects and operations of the Quantum Group. In order to maintain our company's standards, Tom oversees each project, every subsidiary and all personnel to ensure that our developments meet high standards. His leadership ensures that the latest technology, quality products and strict schedules are utilized in each product. Under his direction, the Quantum Group's work, scope and portfolio has greatly increased.

Experience: Tom's background in the industry has allowed him to design and produce developments throughout the Western United States. His work includes structural bridges, heavy cast concrete, educational facilities, industrial complexes, hospitality properties, large residential projects and commercial structures. Tom has advanced unique projects in Utah that stress an exciting atmosphere while utilizing proven construction methods. He joined Quantum in 1976 and expanded its California operations to Utah. His expertise includes idea conception, project management, estimation and value engineering. Recently, Tom was honored by the Iron County Board of Realtors as 1999's "Citizen of the Year" for his contributions to the quality of life in their community.
